What was particularly exceptional with Phil was that he also recommended that due to the high cost of the repair and the fact that it was intermittent, that I would be better off putting up with it and putting the money I needed for repairs towards a new computer.
I think this level of honesty and quick customer service deserves high praise, and I know I would immediately chose to take any Mac problems I may be having to him in the future.

 5.0 out of 5 | iBook G4 - intermittant problems with the screen, some keyboard issues, then complete loss of power. I thought it would be terminal or at least very expensive to fix. Phil found the problem immediately and fixed it free of charge! I can't remember the exact diagnosis but would never have been able to sort it myself and I'm positive I would have been charged a large fee just for a simple diagnosis had I taken it to an Apple store. He also fixed the keyboard problems for the price of the parts as it wasn't a big job. 40 quid and a bottle of red and I'm back in business.
