5.0 out of 5 | Changing from a PC to a Mac was unexpectedly stressful and I needed help pretty much turning the thing on so I not only got technical support but some extremely useful impromptu training which has made the whole transition relatively painless (and in the long run cheaper too as I got help in changing internet providers something I had been putting off for about a year) Also I have often found that technical support people treat me like a moron (rather than just a techno moron) so it was nice to get sympathetic and encouraging support rather than open sniggering at my lack of skill. Worth every penny. |
