Formed in 2007 when home information packs were introduced, M J Energy Services was one of the first businesses set up in the area and have some of the most experience domestic energy assessors in the region. The business supplies HIPs and EPCs to clients throughout East Yorkshire and is situated in Nafferton (Driffield).

M J Energy Services has a professional team of Energy Assessors who are all fully qualified, accredited and CRB checked. They use a local legal company for the legal aspects of the Home Information Pack who are members of the HIP code and have full liability insurance. The business supplies Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCS) that are now required when selling or renting out property in the UK. They also undertake energy efficiency assessment to tell customers how to save money on their fuel bills.
