Their site clearly states that it takes 3-5 days to get a diagnosis of the problem on the broken phone.
I'm now on day 9.
Not once did they phone or email to explain what is going on. I called every day since day five and have been given completely different, random, and sometimes implausible excuses.
When I did some research on the company it became quickly clear my case was not in isolation.
I have already raised this with the Office of Fair Trading and will be speaking to my lawyer about raising a small claim.
Cowboys is the only way to describe them.

| 2.05 2.0 out of 5 - My htc one x was dropped, and the screen was cracked, sent to mblue for repair, no problems, but after a week it wasnt returned, I phoned them. "yeah sorry for that, we had a problem with screen compatability". Ok I thought. "but it will be with you by the end of the week, as the week past it didn't turn up. Another phone call again the same bulls@#t story. They are looking at it now be with you tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes in total, it takes 3 weeks to get back to me. Great, but hold on can't use it beacause their is no sim card tray in my phone, again another phone call, "oh sorry about that, we will get one out to you". That still has not arrived, luckily I bought one from ebay, that turned up today. Otherwise that would be 4 weeks so far with no phone, also they damaged the casing getting the screen out. Sloppy service, sloppy repair. Would I use them again.... No is the short answer.

| 2.75 2.7 out of 5 - Ipod touch repair for broken power button. Arrived with you on 8 May Your literature states 3 to 5 days for a repair. I am at 7 days and still no returned device. The online status report does not give useful information. If it takes 10 days to make repairs then say so. Manage better you customer expectations as making false claims damages your reputation and frustrates your customers.

| 1.35 1.3 out of 5 - Have used this service before for Iphone 4S which had cracked screen and was happy with the service so didn't hesitate to use MBlue again. This time I sent my Iphone 4S again with cracked screen and Samsung galaxy Ace, that was two weeks ago and I still don't have my Samsung back, after requesting my Iphone to be sent back seperately as it was ready last Fri I eventually got it back yesterday, but there was none of my information on it, after calling M Blue I was told that sometimes the phone can be wiped due to technical difficulties. I have since discovered that this is not my Iphone, it was in french and has different apple account etc saved on it also certain markes/scratches my phone had on rear and side have disappeared. So far have not received any explanation, it has not been investigated and I dont hold out much hope that this will be resolved, if anyone has been given the wrong phone and think they might have mine please call Blue between us maybe we can sort it out. I just hope my Samsung come back ok after all its technical difficulties although so far I have no date for its return.

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - PS3 arrived for flashing red light repair on 18 April. Nearly a month later and it's not back. First email was responded to quickly on 30 April stating it would be despatched on 2 May (which it wasn't), subsequent email hasn't been replied to. No update on the tracking system since 18th April.
In a telephone conversation on 13 May stated the flashing red light had re-occurred. Confident it would be fixed and sent out either 14 or 15 May. No update received.
Will be pressing PayPal for a refund and Trading Standards to look into the company.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - We have used M Blue on a number of occasions (8)so far for repairs of kit within the University. I can say it has been an exceptionally smooth process both in return repair and return back to us. M Blue have informed us every step of the way by email and to date all staff that have had items repaired are very happy with the service.

| 2.75 2.7 out of 5 - I sent my MTC sensation phone for the cracked glass screen to be replaced. It took a whole month to repair due to the parts delivered from abroad not being of good enough quality and they were waiting for further deliveries. The 18 working days I waited was far from the 3-5 days described. The repair quality was good and so far my phone has worked very well. My main frustration came from not only being without my phone for a month, but the lack of communication to advise what was going on and what they were planning to do. I had to phone/email them to get any response. I would not say that I would not use them again but I would check they have quality parts in before sending your phone in.

| 2.75 2.7 out of 5 - customers service could miles better if you can call it that!!!! Do not use very poor customer service, don't inform you of any delays in service. As long as they get the money they don't care. Would recommend if you would like a second rate service as well as recieving you item after more than double stated servicing time. This might be down to not paying an extra £10 for same day service. But other than than phone works.

| 4.35 4.3 out of 5 - I was very pleased with the repair to my iPhone 4s. I dropped it and the back of it had cracked so booked it in online payed extra for their same day repair; sent it first thing on Thursday and got it back on the Saturday. It was hard not having my phone on me but well worth it. It came back in excellent packaging and I got a 1st class repair. Thx M blue. Will defenatly recommend you.
