5.0 out of 5 | Since the beginning of 2007 we have used MACPS for a substantial amount of work on our property. Firstly we had replacement windows and door to the front of the property. Rather than just using standard designs, Marc sat with us and came up with a bespoke design that complemented the age and style of the property perfectly and that surpassed all current regulations and criteria. We also had a new wooden floor, including joists, put into our front room. The quality of the timber supplied was excellent which adds to the thoroughly proffesional finish and compliments the replacement doors that Marc installed throughout the downstairs of our property. I would also like to add that Marc replaced our downstairs skirting boards, archatrive and built a unit to hide our electric meter and incorporated dvd/cd storage. Again, all of the materials and standard of finish was excellent. We also had our front garden dug out and replaced with slate on a weed membrane, the front garden wall removed and replaced with wrought iron railings, yet another bespoke design by Marc. I can honestly say that this work has transformed our property from just another house on an old street to one that stands out and is a pleasure to call our home. We are currently having a damp proof course installed, and yes you've guessed it, Marc is back! He has searched to find a product that is 100% effective, environmentally friendly, less disruptive to the home than traditionally used injection methods and more cost effective. Would I reccomend MACPS? No, because if you all start using him, Marc will not have time to come back and carry out the rest of the works we have intended for him. 5.0 out of 5 | I used Marc to supply and fit my new kitchen,the service was exceptional, the units and appliances supplied were fantastic. After the success of the kitchen I called upon Marc's services again when my bath started to leak and ruined the dinning room ceiling, he came in double quick time, removed the bath and repaired the floor and the ceiling and communicated with the insurance company over the whole project so I didn't have the worry of it. He has done many odd jobs for me since, and nothing seems to be too small, from hanging a single door to changing a light switch.He takes everything in his stride, a very pleasant man. 4.3 out of 5 | Having a new dog,I needed a side gate making to size.As Mark uses my taxi service I thought I would try him out.He has made an excellent job and get this,his extensive tool kit even includes an outdoor hoover!Yes,a builder that cleans up...very rare I know!
After the success of the gate,I then got Mark to replaster my bathroom and again,a sound,neat job was done.
The price charged was very reasonable and I have more jobs in mind for him.
