Acabanes is a large, luxurious French barn, situated in a beautiful area of the Western Dordogne, close to Bergerac and 20 minutes from Bergerac airport. It is full of charm and character, yet modernised to the highest standards and is situated in a quiet location on the side of a gentle hill with south facing views over the surrounding rolling countryside and vineyards. The property has been designed for outdoor living and has a large heated swimming pool with a retractable cover, which means it can be used as an outdoor / indoor pool.

Acabanes offers many benefits for a holiday including a HD plasma TV and a championship slate pool / snooker table. There is also an infrared sauna and football goals. For those who wish to cycle there are 6 adult raleigh bikes. For younger children there is a play area, wendy house and sand pit. Extensive facilities for families and young children and child friendly.

This luxury holiday villa sleeps up to 8 adults and 6 children and has 4 / 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large farmhouse kitchen and vast lounge. There is a large covered terrace, large balcony and BBQ. All linen and towels are provided and there is a book library with over 200 books. For youngsters the house and grounds are child friendly with many facilities, including cots and highchairs. There are also prams and stair gates and a playpen.

This luxury barn also offers accomodation facilities for the golfer, with a golf course 4 miles away. There are trolleys and trolley bags at the house which means a Spring or Autumn golf holiday is possible using the low cost flights from the UK to Bergerac. Tee times and restaurants can be booked in advance. Please enquire.
