Key Services Recent customer reviews | 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I called Alex for help fixing my Mac after receiving bad advice from several different sources, and wasting a lot of time on 'solutions' that didn't work.
Alex knew straight away what was wrong (needed a RAM upgrade), and was able to come to my flat and fix the problem the very same afternoon. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient, and got the Mac working again in less than an hour. His rates were incredibly reasonable, too, considering the work required and the speed of his service.
I will be keeping Alex's number very safe and will definitely use his services again next time I need help with my Mac. Highly recommended.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I went to LoveMac with my MacBook Pro and one of the fans was making a huge noise. After doing a research on the web about alternatives to the apple store (which did really scare me) i found a couple of places before Lovemac. Both of them(Micromend, and NLMS) gave me a quote of �200 and �150 which for me looked ridiculously expensive. Luckily i found a review of the BBC about Alex (have a look, that will solve all your doubts!) and decide to ask him.
His reply was fast and clear, and his quote �85, so there you go, no rip-off, transparent and really really fast! he ordered a new fan, I went to his office and it was ready in over an hour. He replace it, cleaned the other fan and replace the ram memory (which i bough from Crucial) and all that for the same money:�85!
I highly recommend this guy, and for the future I know where to go when my Mac give me any problem. Finally a service over the Mac products that is not pure thievery (last time i was charged �70 in a registered apple store to just open my laptop and copy some files from the hard drive!)

The price was fair and reasonable, and he swapped everything over from my old drive, which I wasn't expecting but which was great. His communication about drop-off and collection were very good too. A really good experience; I asked him how I could make a recommendation.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I dropped my iphone at the gym and needed it sorted asap. The prospect of waiting for an appointment at the genius bar with apple for their expensive repair service didn't appeal. A lot of the other repair services looked a bit fly-by-night to me apart from Alex who was featured on the BBC website and came across as very credible. I got in contact with his company, the repair service was very swift, they used a genuine apple screen and I am now reunited with my iphone. Top service.

| 4.05 4.0 out of 5 - I needed some techy help for upgrading an old mac and also a Ubuntu install on the mac. I just found Alex on Google, he was prompt and quick, and got the job done, he gave me advice that saved me money, how to do some stuff myself rather than him doing it for me, which was nice. We did have a few problems with the Ubuntu install, but he took the mac away and brought it back done.. Overall I would recommend him. I have been meaning to write this review for a while, he did the work in May, and now I am going back for more, so thought it would be good to help him out a bit !

Very helpful individual who completed the work quickly and very neatly! Due to flat phone battery made his way to meet me at the tube station rather than the pre-arranged address.
All round great service, with high quality results.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I highly recommend Alex. He did some diagnostics then arranged to get my laptop fixed within the years warranty, I was surprised at his honesty, so I recommended him to a friend who was having problems with their Mac.
His machine was quite badly damaged and Alex managed to fix it without loss of any data, (my friend was over the moon - he thought he'd lost years of contacts and emails).
I now call Alex whenever I have a problem, he is very efficient and seems to get to the root of any problems that are there, without messing about.
