Spent over £700 with them, quick enough to take my money as soon as I have issues they dont reply to emails and never answer phone, this is a disgrace I will be taking matters further.

Bought a Ricoh machine, told to call a company to get the machine set up - The company said that Lovecut Transfer should not have told me to call them.
The machine is still waiting to be installed - Looks like I may have to take matters in to my own hands - Won't be buying or recommending them again.

Bad service, bad quality, if you get a problem or a partial order, GOOD LUCK, they do not answer e-mails or phone calls, if some body picks up the phone that person does not have any idea of what are you talking about and usually they hang up on you, I will never buy from this company, no body is in charge there.
