Established in 2006, Longroyd Property Services (LPS) has years of experience in the property maintenance sector, and provides all aspects of home improvements from a leaking tap, to a designer kitchen and bathroom to a full house of windows and conservatories.
The company is located in Thackley (Bradford).
LPS offer a service which is second to none and has an extensive client list, including a local based estate agency and the Salvation Army working throughout the Yorkshire area.
LPS have just completed a large Toilets and disabled facility at Wrose Methodist church and have since been added to the Methodist churches approved contractor list.

The company is managed and run by Paul Tillotson who has been focusing on the property maintenance industry for many years. Having previously worked as a General Manager at a large engineering company, both on the shop floor and office based. Paul is adequately trained to oversee the company to ensure that the customer get the satisfaction that they are paying for.

Paul was professional from start to finish providing valuable advice along the way. His attention to detail, experience and knowledge has resulted in two rooms we are extremely pleased with. So much so we have asked Paul to come back in the summer to discuss re fitting our kitchen. Would definately recommend.
