Both my wife and I - we each have separate and different computers - have had nothing but remarkably helpful service from LondonTec in the matter of setting up our separate computers and learning how to get the best from them. Without LondonTec we would have been completely at sea. LondonTec's help has not simply been a matter of improving our respective skills but - far more important - in overcoming countless technical problems which none of our so-called providers were able to provide despite endless expensive long-distance telephone discussions. Without LondonTec's help we would have been left stranded with a batch of very expensive but completely inert equipment. We cannot praise LondonTec more highly.

Londontec responded to a first time request for help within just a few hours. Upon arrival the technician was friendly and quickly able to asses my computing problems. He actually was able to fix three workstations at the same time. One with a windows system failure, a second with a network problem, and a third with a general system instability problem. Thanks to Londontec's quick response and deep knowledge, I was up and running before the markets opened. I will definitely use their service again and would recommend them to other business and home users.

A complete maintenance was performed on my computer.
Assistance in putting in place a great anti virus and weekly back up.

This is the best IT service I have ever received. I felt like I was given fantastic, professional service with a smile. Also everything that was done to my computer was explained in terminology that i could understand. Unlike other IT companies that often take advantage of the fact that you do not know much about computers, this company is reliable trustworthy and honest. I would highly recommend them!
