The staff were helpful and friendly and I was offered a very fair price for my jewellery straight away with no need to haggle. I will certainly be going back and can highly recommend.

Not only do they make it considerably easy and are so very friendly they pay really good prices as well. I took some diamonds in yesterday and Lois Jewellery offered me way more than a competitor had offered. Even though I told them what the competitor had offered they still gave me a much higher quote and that just shows you how honest they are!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I can see why they are right at the top of their business!

There were 3 traders that did postal sales that I looked into further and because of the reviews I decided to give Lois a call yesterday (29/4/13). After a brief, but informative chat I decided to post my gold and a bit of old silver too. I was called this morning (30/4) and given a price for everything, the value given beat the local jewellers price by over£100, the silver probably had a value of £30, so that meant after postage I was still up by over £60 for the gold. I am literally bowled over by the honesty and professionalism of this company. Money was in my account by early afternoon and I've already told 3 of my friends all about the company! I was a little sceptical, but so glad I went with my gut instinct. Thank you! Mrs Seed.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Done some research and found that Lois had one of the best rates on the Internet. Some of the other sites have a 2-8% charge to come off of the offer. This is not the case with Lois the price on their web site is the price they will pay. I walked into their shop this morning, they offered me a drink and immediately checked the material in front of me. They then told me what it was worth and was presently surprised that it was slightly more than I calculated. I then agreed to the price and gave them my bank details. Within 3 minutes they gave me my receipt. While in the shop I checked my bank and the money had been transferred. I couldn't believe how easy they made the whole process. I thoroughly recommend.
