1.7 out of 5 | I was impressed with the quality of the goods and would be writing an excellent review of this supplier had they not refused to replace the goods when a fracture in the glass of the shower screen was identified within a reasonable time period. Sadly I would not recommend this supplier. Phil Race - 13 May 2008 | | | Company Response : We are the supplier of this shower screen. A faulty seal was reported within 2 days of the delivery,this was replaced without question. A further 10 days later and when the screen had been partitially fitted a further "large and very obvious" chip was found on the edge of the glass. Why was this not noticed and reported when the damaged seal was found. Dispite these issues we have offered a 30% discount on a replacement screen and a further 15 % on future orders, which Mr Race said he wanted to place.This would have amounted to a new screen. |
