Although I was initially quite nervous, I was quickly put at ease and after an initial discussion about what I wanted from the session, Alison started taking me through some of the training exercises.
At the end of the session I came away feeling extremely positive and full of energy and in the following days and weeks since the session I've been using the techniques Alison had shown me with continued great effect.
Having tried some nlp techniques myself in the past I have to say that having someone who knows their stuff inside out makes a world of difference, I can't recommend Alison highly enough!Robin Booth - 10 Apr 2008 |
