As a fitness instructor Lindsey has many years experience in the industry, her aim is to provide fitness pole dance classes to people of all abilities, shapes and sizes within the north west of England. The studio is situated in the Gostins Building, Hanover Street, Liverpool.
With a large dance studio and modern shower / changing area, LiverPole offers drop in classes, eight week courses, personal / group training, open pole sessions, pole tone classes and pole parties to suit everyone. The classes are designed to improve fitness, muscle tone, strength, endurance, flexibility and confidence, helping clients to live a healthy lifestyle.
Lindsey is a qualified fitness instructor who has completed the Vertical Dance qualification with Focus Training. This qualification is recognised by the Fitness Industry Association.
