Live 4 U offers women non-judgemental and confidential guidance on how to make the best of the life they have been blessed with and encourages them to live the life they were created for.

Live 4 U offers personal, spiritual and Islamic coaching to all women on a one to one basis which can be conducted either over the telephone or via email.

Personal Coaching is one to one coaching which looks at enhancing life choices to meet the personal needs of the clients. Spiritual Coaching looks primarily at the spiritual side of the client to enable them to get in touch with this in the way they choose depending on the client’s beliefs. Islamic Coaching is one to one coaching for Islamic sisters offering guidance to get through the trials of life keeping in line with the shari ah laws.

All coaching is unbiased and the coach brings out only the best in her clients in a relaxed and friendly manner.

Sessions are conducted on a regular basis depending on the clients needs and payment of sessions is in advance only. Each session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. Between each session the coach will keep in regular contact with the client by regularly emailing the client as on-going support. This helps the client to feel that they are being supported in between sessions as well as during the sessions. Alone tasks may be issued to the client to enable them to move forward in life in between sessions.
