Lindsay Rose Pilates - Pilates Instructor

Providing regular pilates mat work and private sessions to clients in the beautiful parkland surroundings of the Global Clinic just beyond the UEA and Norfolk and Norwich hospital. Lindsay specialises in sporting rehabilitation and runs a regular ante-natal pilates class each Wednesday evening

Trained by both Body Control Pilates Association and the Intelligent Movement Pilates for Studio equipment. Lindsay is also qualified to take G. P Referrals.

Lindsay Rose is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals as an Advanced Instructor. Clients include those referred by physiotherapists and osteopaths for specific injury rehabilitation as well as those who attend a weekly mat work class for toning and flexibility. The Studio's supply a wide range of pilates equipment that can be used to help clients with practise at home / between sessions and can be used to increase the variety of exercises that can be completed away from the Studio. The products include stability rollers, spiked balls, overballs, resistance bands and toning circles. Even in a class, Lindsay pays close attention to each individual. She can tell where you need to strengthen and how to get you there whilst being aware of your own personal capabilities. Not only has my back been trouble free after years of problems but my whole body feels revitalised!
