Lindrea Property Ltd gave me a first class service. The transfer process from my previous agent was handled efficiently along with the renegotiation of contracts and contact with existing tenants. Speed of payment was most impressive using electronic transfer direct into the bank rather than cheques sent in the post. I would definitely recommend Lindrea Property Ltd to any Landlord.
