Sessions can also be booked for the clients home address by agreement. Lighter Woman is a woman only private weight loss clinic helping woman to achieve their goals of weight loss by never dieting. Clients have expressed the fact that they also feel good about themselves and have experienced improved health. The company is owned by Dawn Lerette who has been involved in the Weight Loss industry for many years. Dawn Lerette is a trained Fitness instructor, also ran a very successful diet and fitness franchise for two years and has trained in exercise nutrition and weight management. She is well qualified to oversee the expanding company, having previously trained at Telford College for RSA Exercise to music, OCR stage 1 Exercise to music, Weight Management with Rosemary Conley, YMCAfit Exercise Nutrition and Weight Management.
