They provide a fully equipped personal studio for their clients to feel the full benefits of 121 support. The company has over 14 years of "in the trenches" training and coaching experience working directly with clients to help them achieve happiness with their body shape, mental attitude and lifestyle. Lifestyles For Living are known for their commitment to achieving fantastic results through helping people understand themselves and learn to make the best choices for them with regards to their diet, exercise and lifestyle improvements.

With over 30 qualifications in all levels of fitness, nutrition, sports massage therapy and psychology, people trust that Lifestyles for Living have the knowledge it takes to reach success with their clients.

With well equipped private treatment/consultation rooms and experienced therapists, the company is able to offer lifestyle coaching skills and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to clients on a one to one basis. This complements their training experience and is often the difference between a good workout and a great workout. Not to mention help their clients be more consistent and confident when they are on their own.

Lifestyesforliving also provides fitcamp classes which are for small groups of people who want to benefit from personal support, but need a more varied approach within friendly group for a more social aspect. These classes are currently running 3 times a week either evenings and early morning. The atmosphere is fun and the results seen in clients is outstanding.

I have worked with both Mark and Lorna and they are excellent at what they do as personal trainers...experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated to their profession; this shows in the great results they achieve with their clients. Most recently I've been instructed by Mark and he has a knack of making me smile, even when I'm swearing at him for pushing me to the limit! He listened, advised, encouraged and motivated and got me into the best physical and mental shape I've been for a long time. Thanks Mark and I wish you and Lorna every success!

I went to see Mark over 2 years ago now with a long standing calf injury that I could not shake off. Mark took the time to look at how my body was (or more to the point wasn't) working and explained how other muscles were not working correctly, which in turn was putting pressure on elsewhere. Since then, he has developed a training programme which allowed me to return to football fitter than I had been for some time, and also helped to sort out poor body posture, which had contributed to various strains and injuries over the years. As I approach 50, I feel confident that with Mark's knowledge and continuing guidance, I can continue to play sport for a few more years. Mark is clearly passionate about what he does, and I only wish that I had visited him before, as maybe some of the problems I have had over the years could have been prevented. Mark doesn't look to just offer short term solutions, but to work with you on developing long term plans, to prevent future re-occurrences, and also to make you feel better about how you look, and how you feel. If you have a problem with poor posture, an injury that you can't seem to shake, or just need some personal training to tone up that tired body, then look no further, Mark is the man to go to.

I went to see Lorna over a period of six months prior to my wedding. In that time I got fitter, stronger and leaner and lost a total of a stone and a half without any crazy dieting! Lorna was very supportive and full of great tips. Her positive approach pushed me on and I am really pleased with the service she offers. Would recomend to anyone!

I have known mark for many years through training at the same gym. About two years ago i sought his advice regarding a shoulder injury i had acquired(due to many years of bad training mark informed me) after a thorough examination he concluded my injury was also due to my very poor posture, which was related to my poor training regime. After numerous new exercises and personal training sessions the results speak for themselves. I now walk upright instead of hunched over, chest out and shoulders back. I no longer suffer from my shoulder trouble either. Mark always has time for questions and queries regardless. And i have no hesitation in recomending him to anybody with fitness or postural problems. Long may he continue his good work.

Lorna has been amazing. Never judgemental. Always positive, friendly, welcoming, professional. I've lost nearly 2 stone since I started working with her 4 months ago and I look fantastic from the outside (so people tell me!) and have regained my previous figure. More to the point I feel fantastic inside and know that I am fit and strong as well as slimmer, which is what I wanted. And I now have a new man and was delighted to wipe the floor with him when we went cycling in Suffolk last night with my new super fit thighs - I think I need to book him in for some sessions with Lorna :) Although an injury has stopped me from running in competitive races planned, I am positive about this, and easily transferred this to some cycling challenges instead - positive life coaching approaches are so important with all of this. Thanks Lorna!

Excellent from the very start - Lorna is very friendly, patient, encouraging and motivating and works hard to tailor the right workouts for me and what I want to achieve. I find that each session shows me something new that I enjoy, and I never thought I would enjoy exercise and being healthy so much!!!

I signed up to Lorna for 10 weeks of Personal Training and 10 sessions of Yoga. And I must say she is incredible.
I've always healthy, but a tough year or so meant I'd put on some weight and was feeling really low in self-confidence. Thanks to Lorna, I am now in the best shape of my life and feel super sexy.
She makes it really easy for you, helping you with nutrition and exercises to do at home and I saw incredible results after only 4 weeks of working with her. I've never been a runner, but with Lorna's help I can now run for miles and really enjoy it.
She is incredibly supportive of her clients, and has loads of tips and ideas to keep you motivated and make things a little easier for you if you're finding it hard.
I've not only seen changes in myself, but also in some of her other clients that I know, and her results are unbelievable.
If you want to lose a little weight or completely overhaul your body, Lorna is your girl. If you can imagine it, Lorna can get you there.

I have been training with Lorna for 3 months now and have found her very professional. Each week her motivation inspires me. Workouts are never boring, each session has variety. Lorna has a great knowledge of not only training and exercise but nutrition too, which has been an enormous bonus for me.
I have also had some Sport massage with Mark. My posture is now better than it has been for years. A true professional with lots of good advice along the way!
Thanks Lorna & Mark. I have come a fair way in 3 months but still have a bit more to do !
You have both been such a great help to me.

I came to Mark overweight, unfit and miserable, especially since I had just turned 50.....
Mark didn't just design a programme for me; he helped me work out why I had not managed to reach my weight and fitness goals in the past, and why I had repeated patterns of behaviour that clearly were not effective. We worked together on mobility and agility, slowly building up my fitness level in order for me to be able to safely start the exercises which make all the difference. Along the way I have had times of incredible energy and achievement and others where I have felt I am literally dragging myself uphill and not getting anywhere, but throughout it all Mark has been positive, supportive, encouraging, available, strong, bold and determined. He has taken me so far outside my comfort zone that I have hardly believed some of the things I have done. Mark had a vision for me and also a solid belief that what I needed and what I wanted were actually attainable, something I didn't really believe myself.
I am now 10 weeks into my regime, I have boundless energy, I sleep well, I have lost 20lbs, I'm changing shape and am the most fit I have been for decades.
Having Mark Bone in your life is a breath of fresh air, a burst of energy and an excellent investment in the future.

A friend recommended Mark to me nearly a year ago as I was having persistent trouble with my back despite treatment and also my personal life. In that time Mark has worked some minor miracles! He gave me some specific exercises for my back and now it only gives me trouble if I forget to do them. My personal troubles have not been so easy to cure but Mark is always there with excellent coaching to get me back on track when I feel I have hit rock bottom. Even when I ignore his sound advice he still gives me his support, which has been invaluable to me, and I know I will soon be living the life I deserve. Thanks Mark :-)
