LifeDancing - Reiki TherapistLifeDancing is a long established complementary therapy practice run by Ruth Chambers offering a range of therapies and training to clients.
Ruth is a qualified Reiki Master / Teacher, Yoga for Health Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach and Meridian Therapist giving one to one treatments. She teaches regular Yoga classes and has developed the LifeDancing Reiki School which offers comprehensive certificated training at all levels. The regular Reiki Development Days enable students to keep up their own healing practice and to continue their personal and spiritual development.
Ruth hosts fabulous Yoga and Reiki Retreats in Dahab, on the Red Sea in Egypt in March and November each year. The Retreats feature daily yoga and meditations and an overnight safari into the Sinai Desert staying with a local Bedouin family. There is plenty of free time to explore the wonderful swimming and snorkelling amongst the colourful fish and beautiful corals.
Also on offer is some of the best scuba diving in the world, camel trekking, Reiki training and trips to exciting places like the top of Mount Sinai to see the sunrise.
The centre is managed by Ruth Chambers who has worked within the healthcare sector for over 20 years. Having previously worked as exclusively as a Massage Therapist Ruth has widened her knowledge to include other disciplines such as Reiki, Yoga, EFT (or Meridian Therapy) and NLP Life Coaching.
