There are long Opening hours: 08:00 hours - 18:00 hours Monday-Saturday, 10:00 - 14:00 hours Sunday and Bank Holidays and there is also late night opening on Thursday to 20:00 hours.

Costs vary depending on the unit size. There are pre-payment and long stay discounts available and a range of boxes and packaging materials at competitive prices. There are no service charges, access charges, rates or utility bills and importantly no VAT. There is free use of trolleys, sack barrows and pallet pump-trucks. There is also extensive parking and room for articulated lorries to turn.

Security is an absolute priority. The facility incorporates extensive state-of-the-art features including: gold standard NACOSS intruder alarms, fire and smoke alarms, 24 hour Digital CCTV surveillance located both inside and outside the main building monitoring all entrances and exits and all recordings are stored for a period on a hard drive. The units are built with galvanised steel and locked with the customer's own padlock - so even site staff cannot enter. Each individual unit is also alarmed and accessed via a PIN coded gate keypad - all logged and monitored from reception.

There is an extensive range of packing materials from boxes to bubble wrap at very competitive prices. Packing materials can be purchased in person from the store or telephone and they can be delivered to the door, if located in a 10 mile radius. Please note that there are specially designed packs for 2, 3 or 4 bed homes, students and archive requirements which attract discounts of 20% or more.

Other services include: mail or parcel delivery address; postal forwarding; company registered address; key holding; a limited picking and packing service; caravan, car, boat and lorry parking; confidential shredding; racking hire or sale.
