I took my pc in for a service as it was running really slow, I was given a quote and I accepted, the job was done. The service was done, memory upgraded and a DVD drive replaced at no extra cost! The whole experience was fantastic, quick service, friendly staff and half the price of a previous quote. I would not hestitate to recommend this company to any one.

Total rip-off for spare parts. A replacement adapter I stupidly agreed to get through Leeds Laptop Repairs cost me 40 quid - I looked it up on amazon later and it was 20 quid. In addition I was given a 'general type' adapter with a wrong converter which made the plug fall out every time I touched the laptop. I subsequently got a much better adaptor online, specific to my laptop model. I was fortunate to refuse a laptop battery that normally costs 45 and they quoted 70. Avoid this rip off dodgy-looking shack calling itself a laptop repair point if you can - I'm going to PC world next time.Read More
Company response : The adapter fitting was wrong but instead of bringing it back for the correct end fitting you chose to buy another PSU from elsewhere and then wanted a full refund from us. the PSU was not faulty and can now only be sold as second hand, Hence the £20 refund as opposed to the full £40. You have also failed to say anything about the Socket repair ( which at PC world would have cost you somwhere in the region of £240 and 2 weeks wait ) I charged you £65 and with a very quick turnaround. and with the Student Discount it made you whole repair bill cheaper.
