Lee Siemaszko is a 25 year-old Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist based in Liverpool. He comes from an international athletics background and help client's train at home, in the gym or outside. Male, female, children, elderly and special populations all catered for. Lose weight, tone up, get fit or bulk up.

He will analyse the client's diet and stress levels, do fitness assessments, do 1-1 sessions and design a training plan for when they are not with him. He will provide the motivation and encouragement to achieve goals.

He is self-employed and works in and around Liverpool. He has a degree in Sports Science, a Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage, he is a REPS level three qualified instructor and have a valid First Aid certificate. I have a satisfied network of clients, situated in and around Liverpool.
