Mick helped me pass my test first time: as a 33 year old with a full-time job, he was able to schedule my lessons flexibly. His technique caters not only for passing the exam but also for driving afterwards. I look forward to taking the Pass Plus course with Mick in the future.
Mick is a very profound driving instructor. He insures quality throughout his lessons as the use of his techniques and methods are unique. Take Mick as your driving instructor and let him surprise you. Pass on your first go!
As a 36-year non driver learning was a little daunting, however, Mick has managed to get me through passing my test. However, particularly pleasing is that Mick does not simply try & get you past the test itself but more importantly prepare you for driving thereafter. Mick tells you straight when you are doing something wrong which from a personal perspective was much appreciated. Furthermore, Mick has always been puntual, reliable & good company in the car & would happily recommend him to other learner drivers.
I learnt to drive over summer, I hadn't had any previous lessons and was starting from scratch. Mick was really calm and easy to get on with and I always felt comfortable under his instruction. We could laugh at my mistakes and he was very clear when telling me how to do it! Mick was flexible with me when I went on holiday and when I returned to University in September. I passed my test first time in November and then had some motorway lessons the following weekend. Mick suggested we drive most of the way to Leeds which was really helpful as I had to drive to Leeds a few days later. I always felt supported even when I was finding things hard, e.g. parking! I'm really pleased with how my lessons and test went and am grateful to Mick for that.
Learning with Mick has been great. I have recently passed my driving test and much of this is down to Mick's patience and professionalism. He's a very approachable instructor with a thorough teaching method. He was adaptable with lesson times and prices which meant i could fit learning to drive easily around work.
