With an office in Chingford (London), LDCI provides accredited Food Safety, HACCP, and Health and Safety training for compliance to clients throughout London and indeed the UK. Set-up in 2008 the Directors have many years' combined experience in the training sector.

The firm aims to supply businesses with professional safety training to enable businesses to comply with current legislation and staff to gain statutorily required training. LDCI has at its disposal fully functional training centres. The expert staff ensure clients are equipped with the required knowledge and  skills. The service is designed to be cost-effective and more than meet regulations every time.

These legally required courses- Food Hygiene, HACCP and Health and Safety (all up to Level 3)- developed and awarded by the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance(HABC)offered by LDCI are appropriate for all staff. Available either on the premises of the businesses or in any one of the LDCI training centres, the p courses are geared to meet legal requirements and ensure compliance and improve workplace efficiency and safety.

With a team that includes more than seven skilled staff members, LDCI has a professional team, qualified to the high standards required by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).

LDCI has a growing group of customers, situated around London, including several London Boroughs and private businesses.

The company is managed by Joseph Nyakairu, a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, a Chartered Member of  the Institute of Personnel and Development, a CIEH-Food Safety Registered Trainer and a Member of the IfL, who has been involved in the Food and Safety Training trade for many years. Joseph Nyakairu is passionate and experienced enough to manage the company, having previously worked for The Windsor Hotel, London Metrocity College, Hamptons Training Centre, EThames Graduate School and other companies.
