With 25 years experience in the Double Glazing Industry, L and M Doors and Windows Ltd provides a free no obligation quotation to customers throughout the local area. Established in 1984, the business is located in Southwick (Brighton).

Without double glazing the heat loss through the windows is somewhere between 25% and 35%, so will see how Eco-friendly these new energy performance units are, whilst helping to save on the cost of heating bills. In the current climate can all need a little help in this direction.

On the subject of Security conventional units offer minimal resistance, whereas these units put up a fight. Would-be intruders hate noise, and invariably look for softer target.

L and M Doors and Windows Ltd has an expanding network of clients, located in and around East and West Sussex areas, including Adur District Council, Residential Letting Agencies as well as Residential Owners.

The company is owned by Mr Nigel Patterson and Mr Mike Harrison who have been involved in the Double Glazing Repairs business for over 25 years. They are well experienced in this industry to manage the business and give free advice accordingly.

With a staff body of 9 full time employees, L and M Doors and Windows Ltd has 3 professional team fitters, all highly qualified and have worked for the company for many years.

Unfortunately I am having a nightmare with this company. Initially they built a conservatory at the back of our house in Suthwick and everything seemed fine. I asked the owner and boss Mr Harris how to transfer the guarantee to my buyer since we were about to sell and was reassured I just needed to pass on the paperwork. The problems started when we had a leak in the roof at the first decent rain. Mr Harris reluctantly sent his guys around again since the conservatory was under guarantee. This was in late 2011, it is now almost Christmas 2012 and the conservatory is still leaking! Mr Harris has since promised the world, claimed I had not paid the last installment, promised to send someone to fix it and ignored a hundred phone calls. We now have no option but to go down the trading standards route and get our solicitors involved and I recommend to anyone to stay clear of this cowboy company.
