Koala is a chain of three long established furniture stores offering quality furniture throughout London, Kent and the South East. Koala specialises in well made ready assembled solid wood furniture for every room in the home. Drawing from 26 years experience and huge supplier base they are able to offer many styles of furniture from top brands such as, Pinetum, Corndell, Willis and Gambier, Tempur and many others.
The three stores provide local people with a friendly relaxed environment in which to browse the different furniture ranges on offer. Tea and coffee facilities are available to further enhance the customers comfort.
Koala also has a free local delivery service available on most items.
The company is able to offer a comprehensive range of home furnishings, including beds and mattresses.

I had a large unusual space to fill in my hallway and had my heart set on an oak bookcase, but after visiting countless shops to try and find one that was just the right size I had no luck. Koala were able to make the bookcase exactly how I wanted it and also delivered free of charge.

Having never used an independent shop to buy furniture from before I was pleasantly surprised to find the items I needed and at a sensible price. The lady serving was very helpful and they even did free delivery.

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - I requested a bed they have in stock and thought in good faith I should pay half now which was £900. They did not ask for this and therefore it was not stated it was non refundable, I also did not sign anything. Unfortunately 30 minutes later I called back to explain my daughter wanted to change size of bed and didn�t want the mattress just yet. The lady said she hasn�t processed it and didn't think refunding would be a problem although I had to speak with PHILIP YOUNG. He was very hard to get hold of and when I finally spoke with him, he refused to repay the money a day later. He did not give a valid reason, just raised his voice and then hung up the phone. I am using solicitors to recover my money, will report this to the office of fair trade, watchdog and panorama. This is silly because I would have purchased the bed of them anyway at a later date as they are so local to me.
