Pin pointing possible cause(s) for the PC not quite working the way it used to ie. Running slow, no sound, error messages
- Virus / spyware removal and recovery (including annoying pop-ups): protect identity, passwords and bank details.
- Software installs:
MS Office, XP, Vista, Mac.

I also had some virus issues that Knozee cleared up for me...and some configurations that needed adjusting for my PC and net to run smoothly all of this was addressed and I am more than happy with the service I received!!
