My rent didn't reach the landlord on time...ever.
Girl in the office is far too big for her boots and management is nowhere to be seen. Staff come and go faster than the wind changes and i am thankful my tenancy is up. Sign up with them if you dare.

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - Without doubt the worst letting agent I have come across. The rep, Sayeed, was late to the appointment by 20 minutes, by which time we had then moved on to view another property. When he called he suggested it was our time that was wrong and then asked if we could go back, so we did. When we got there he hadn't checked the key fob, which didn't work. Now i appreciate that these things can happen, and he assured us he would call back to see us later that afternoon at an agreed time. Of course, he didn't turn up. We did in fact receive a call from the office asking how our viewing went!!!! Imagine!! And to round it off we were then told another appointment would be arranged and they would call us back with possible times................still waiting for the call. Absolutely awful, and if asked about them from friends and colleagues i will give the same review to them, how they're in business is beyond me.
