Established in 2007, Karena's Childminding Group has many years experience in the childcare profession, 5 of which have been qualified to level 3 in childcare and Education, with the focus on providing a safe and happy environment for children to learn and explore freely in the room solely for childminding that has been created. Catering for all needs and all ages from 0 upwards to clients throughout the local area. The company is based at home on Station Road in Rainworth (Mansfield) which is close to local schools. Nutritional meals and lots of exciting activies to do are provided daily.

Karena's Childminding Group have a fantastic room purely for the children childminded. It has areas specified to activities and has areas for messy play. There is plenty of room and activities to explore as well as an outside area to play on. Karena's Childminding Group is based on a home from home approach with the bonus of the knowledge of someone qualified knowing about development and giving the children the best start in life. Also offering school pick up and drop off's to the local schools, Karena's Childminding Group also offers overnight care which is rare but valuable to some. Karena has many years experience working with children and is Qualified to level 3 in DIploma in Childcare and Education. Ofsted registered and CRB checked to work with children. Karena also has a qualification in Paediatric 1st Aid, signs and symbols and specail Educational Needs (SEN) Karena has many years experience working with children with behavioral issues and has worked alongside Social Services with children. Overall has lot's to offer and much knowledge on a wide scope.

The company Karena's Childminding Group is owned by Karena Feeney who has been involved in the Childcare industry for many years. Karena Feeney is experienced enough to run the business, having previously worked for other childcare settings and worked up the ladder from nursery nurse to deputy manager and decided it was time to do it on her own as it was always Karena's goal to become a childminder and run her own business.
