1.0 out of 5 | I had a French manicure for a special occasion. It cost £25 for cuticles, two coats of clear and white ends which, I found out, is far more than other places charge.
By the next day all the nails had pealed off whole. When I spoke to the company they would only offer a redo of the nails with a hand massage within the next two weeks. Even though this would not work for me they would not offer any other treatment or any refund. The owner was patronising, accusing me of putting my hands in hot water and then told me she did not like the way I spoke to her! Unbelievable. I would not recommend in a million years. The beautician who rectified my problem in another salon pointed out many omissions and errors in my treatment such as leaving the cuticle oil on and then applying a coat of varnish which, of course would then not stick.
