Justflatpack was started to make their customers' lives easier when it comes to flat pack furniture.
Justflatpack is not a 'network' of random handymen, but a small company with employees working in 2 man teams who build furniture everyday for a living.
The company has been trading for nearly 5 years and has had countless numbers of extremely satisfied customers.
Justflatpack's main services are to buy, deliver and assemble their client's furniture.
The order for furniture is made directly to Justflatpack who will then organise the shopping, delivery and assembly.
The company has an expanding customer base across London including private individuals, landlords and companies.

1.0 out of 5 | We used this company last year and was very pleased. Standards have dropped since then. They sub-contract their work so there is no guarantee of quality. We had surly, inefficient and incompetent men who damaged our furniture and decor and who argued about whose fault it was. The staff at HQ were very rude and told us they were doing doing us a 'favour' although they were getting well paid. Obviously a good company gone bad. Cannot possibly recommend them. We are one of the few companies who do not sub their work out to avoid exactly these kinds of situations. Obviously a misunderstanding which we are sure could have been resolved with some communication, as this is the first we have heard about all this! |

They responded to my enquiry on a Sunday night at around 10.00 p.m., gave a spot on quote, collected loads of stuff from IKEA, paid for it, brought into central London to a first floor flat, unpacked, assembled it and even tried to fix the sink. They arrived on time, were courteous throughout and a far cry from the usual jobs-worth attitude so often encountered. 4.0 out of 5 | Having moved into a new unfurnished flat last year, and with no DIY skills, I was very worried about how I was going to equip my new home with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables etc. I didn't even know how I was going to get everything home from Ikea! Looking for delivery services on Google I came across Justflatpack and was delighted to find a service that would go and pick everything up from Ikea as per my specifications, then bring the furniture to my home, build it and put it in place. It seemed almost too good to be true! Having placed my order, Justflatpack stayed in constant communication with me, emailing me to let me know my order had been collected from Ikea, and giving me a time for the arrival of the guys who would deliver and build the furniture. The next day two men arrived, one in a van with all the furniture and one in a car, exactly on time. They then proceeded to furnish my flat! They worked really hard from 9AM until about 3PM building the furniture. They were polite, conscientious and thorough, pointing out where I had forgotten to order handles for my wardrobes and showing me samples of ones I might want to get! They cleared up after themselves, getting rid of all the boxes and paper, and left me a very happy and satisfied customer, with a newly beautifully furnished flat with well constructed furniture.
