We are a small organisation, based in Leicester, that really do go the extra mile to make every training course a really great learning experience. All of the trainers are hand selected to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver in their areas of expertise, and to also ensure they fit in to the company ethos of providing high quality training with a dollop of built in fun, and that all delegates are made to feel welcome and valued on their chosen course. Although based in Leicester, we are ideally positioned with a motorway network to allow us to deliver outside of our local area as well. Just Training (East Midlands) Ltd holds accreditation with both EDI Plc, one of the UKs largest awarding bodies, and with Qualsafe Awards Ltd. These accreditations allow us to offer clients both accredited and non-accredited training, which means you get exactly the training you require. The main areas of delivery are First Aid, Security and Leadership and Personal Development training. Within these areas, there are training courses to suit all needs, with flexible delivery patterns. There are monthly scheduled open courses held at the training premises on The Meridian Business Park for First Aid, Manual Handling, People Handling and Door Supervisors training. Most of the Personal Development and Leadership courses can be held at your own premises and come complete with delegate handbook. Just Training (East Midlands) Limited has an impressive client base, built up through the high quality of delivery, reliable service, credibility of the instructors and the cost effectiveness of the courses. About 65% of current sales comes from existing clients, demonstrating that going the extra mile really does work for this company. Recent projects includes, national delivery of Leadership training, presentation skills, and communication skills for Flogas Ltd, Eight workshops on Disability Awareness for Leicester City Council, People Handling and First Aid training for Consummate Care, Community First Aid for Burton McCall employees, First Aid at Work contract for Westleigh Developments, AED and Oxygen training for E. ON power stations and much more. In addition to providing training courses, Just Training (East Midlands) Limited also provides a small business Training Needs service. This is designed to support smaller businesses, who do not have an HR or Training Manager in place, but need to keep on top of identifying training needs and supporting staff by ensuring the right training takes place in a timely manner, and the records are maintained correctly.
