Michael recently collected us from Manchester Airport and was waiting for us when we arrived. He was helpful and polite and the car was clean and extremely comfortable. We usually book our local taxi firm for airport transfers but there was very little difference between what they charge and what we paid. The service was excellent value for money and we will definitely use Junction 21 in the future. It was so good that we booked the same collection service for our friends who came back on the same flight a week later!
John provided a first class service throughout the day and late into the night. The wedding party (and in particular the Bride and Groom) were impressed with the professional and courteous way he treated everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and when he was requested to wait whilst the Bride and Groom said goodbye to their guests, he was patient and jovial. We took the basic service offered by Junction 21, which was more than adequate. The vehicle used for the airport transport was immaculate along with the chauffeur who was well presented efficient and confident behind the wheel. We also felt the booking was dealt with in a confidential manner which is of most importance to us. We would definitely recommend Junction 21 the service is well worth that little bit extra!
