With 2 shops in Burnham-on-sea, Julians provides unusual, as well as everyday gifts to customers throughout the town. Established in 1974 the company has 35 years experience in the Gift industry. The Toycupboard, her sister store, was taken over by the group in 1990. Although a different kind of store, offering newspapers, beach, toys, trading card crazies and sweets, it still has the "Julian" flare. Throughout the year the 2 stores stock over 10, 000 different products. These products change, depending on the time of year. Christmas is always a great time to visit as Julians is transformed into what can only be described as "Santa's Grotto" The Toycupboard is great for fancy dress all year round and don't forget your "seaside" rock in the Summer.

With a team that includes 9 friendly staff members, Julians has a professional team, highly trained in the everyday running of a retail outlet. All bring different strengths and skills but all are helpful, easy to approach and outgoing.

Julians also supply a range of handmade gifts. All are imported and carry the fair trade mark. Some of the items will also tell you, who has made your item, the village they are from and in some cases what they do with the money they have earned.
The Toycupboard has a FREE swap club every month for the kids which has been growing for 3 years. There is now over 40 members, which can be a bit of a squash in the shop but it's fun.
