4.0 out of 5 | There are few people in life to whom I would hand over full responsibility for something vitally important, then relax with a big smile on my face. I've only had one appointment with joseph, but he sure seems to be among the chosen. Maybe everyone thinks they have complicated hair--I am no different: cowlicks, super-straight hair, colour-treated. During my Guerrilla Makeover with my best friend who training to be hairdresser , I argued with her extensively that 1) I was quite happy with my current haircut and 2) I wouldn't trust anyone new with my complicated and demanding hair. She talked me into going to see joseph anyway, at least for a colour. After our consultation with him, I trusted him enough to let him cut my hair. I can't explain why, except to say that he listens, and exudes a disarming and amazingly humble sense of confidence. I realised after the cut that I shouldn't have believed my previous stylist in thinking there's only one way to grow out hair. I had given up on having a style that I really like for the sake of growing out my hair. joseph worked some scissors magic, and gave me exactly what I wanted about 14 months ago, but none of 4 other stylists were able to deliver. This was, by far, the best haircut and colour experience I've had.
I need someone who can listen to what I want (at length) and make it work with my face and colouring. Joseph did both beautifully. He knows what he is doing, and pays attention at every moment to make sure he's doing it right. He attended to my comfort with kindness and sincerity. He seemed comfortable with my sparse conversation. I'm so glad I found him. If you're considering his services, by all means, give him a try. You really can't lose.

5.0 out of 5 | I've been a loyal customer of Joseph's since his days at Ginger Group as his service has always been professional and personalised and that never changed when he moved to Twickenham. In all the years I've known Joseph I've never had the need to go elsewhere and always leave knowing my hair looks and feels good.
The treatments are well priced and Joseph is always honest about the outcome.
Staff are friendly, always keen and happy to help and most importantly very good at what they do.
Products are of good value.
I always do and have recommended Joseph to all of my friends and family.

3.3 out of 5 | I moved to Twickenham and started searching for a great hairstylist. I've tried many, many of whom cut hair for the stars and charge up to £250 for cut&color. I was never quite happy with the results, felt even worse after the wallet was empty. After reading reviews, I had to give joseph hair a try. For 3 years I've been going to joseph, about every 2-3 months I get a very stylish cut/color without breaking the bank. I've always found parking easily. he's so kind&patient in understanding what I wanted and I could not believe how gorgeous i looked after the first visit and each visit after. My search is over. I am keeping her FOR LIFE. The highlights I got was beautiful, I received many compliments. Even my mother in law who's a hair stylist herself commented that joseph has got serious skills. The best part of it is that I can actually go 2-6 months without getting a haircut after that, and it continues to look better and better, believe it or not. (my sister swears by it too) joseph is a total perfectionist, and he won't quit until both he and I are completely happy w/the cut. I'm never rushed out the door like I used to be in other salons. I've brought my sister in, and my mother for her perm. My sister likes variety, and asks joseph for different hair styles/color all the time. She's so happy that it's different everytime yet super trendy each cut! She travels a long way to see joseph (from oxford). She tells me that nobody will touch her hair but joseph. I've never had a stylist who can make a good cut so consistently like joseph.I've selfishly hid this hair salon (joseph) from you girls out there for 3 years, and finally feel so guilty that I must write this review. because joseph IS ALL THAT, and he absolutely deserves the best compliment one can give. I owe this to him, after making me the hottest girl in town time after time! All the thanks joseph!

You won't regret checking out joseph hair salon The owner are super nice and extremely talented. He once worked at Ginger group in Ealing; this is his own shop.
I rolled in this week to have my "new mommy" hair transformed back into my "professional 'do." (How did lack of sleep give me so many new grey hairs anyway?!)
Anyway, joe did my do (say his name joseph). I'm super happy. The cut and colour were super affordable. I'm about to be back to work (sniff, sniff) with style. Fait accompli.
The salon is very clean and calm, and I know I mentioned it is a conveniently located L’Oreal salon. (fellow hounds--you know what this means!). Great products w/o the GTown/CTown parking horror, or prices, or surly staff.

4.7 out of 5 | Its been difficult to find a good stylist since my old one left for the states. Joseph takes the time to go through a consulation before he starts and his also great at advising me on how to manage my hair afterwards. He always manages to make my hair catwalk great.
