5.0 out of 5 | Josephs salon is Awesome!! Best cut and color i have EVER had... Joseph cut my hair dry (i have always had my hair cut wet) but a dry cut is definatly the way to go with curly hair. He painted highlights onto my hair (which i also have never had done) in my experiences i have always had tin foiled highlights. The painting is amazing for all you curly girls out there! He gets my hair spot on and really cares that you are happy with the results. When he's been on holiday, Hayley has colour my hair...she is also brilliant and really friendly. I am pleased to say everything I read was true :) All of the staff are so friendly and Rosie somehow managed to make my lifeless dull hair look shiny and healthy again with a wonderful treatment, cut and colour. I also sampled some of the beauty treatments and will definitely be trying some more! I have been so happy with his advice and the quality of what he delivers that I have even followed him to his new shop in Twickenham from Ealing! He always suggests things that work well for me and because of that I've been able to be far more adventiruous than I would otherwise have been havign colour, highlights and restyles. 5.0 out of 5 | Daiva was a pure professional. I felt confident that she knew what she was doing and that my cut and color were in good hands.
Starting from the beginning, it was really easy to get a same day appointment. I was worried I would be stuck with someone fresh out of beauty school but was able to score Daiva -- great. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, and Daiva was fast and no-nonsense with my hair.
The way she cut my hair was the best its ever been done and I absolutely loved it. Daiva didnt think it was done right and did it her way.

5.0 out of 5 | I haven't been in Richmond too long. After reading all the great reviews on Internet for Joseph hair and beauty I made my appointment. I'm incredibly glad I did - everyone was super friendly and pretty welcoming.
Roni gave me a fabulous cut that fit my face and even looked good after my clumsy styling efforts. He was talkative while working with me, letting me know what he was doing as well as making small talk. I'm terrible when chatting with hair stylists, but I felt pretty at ease with him. He was quite efficient, giving the time needed to make sure I was happy but also not keeping me around far longer than necessary. The cut, as I said, was fabulous.

Joseph tirelessly answered my many questions about styling hair. Turns out Joseph has worked many years on different type of hair styles and is one of the originals. He loves a good foil and is an expert on what color suits you best. He switches effortlessly among his clientele i can tell he is been doing this for years. When I asked him if he still enjoy doing hairdrssing, joseph quickly replied, "Oh I'm in love with it" Already this was turning out to be happiest visit to a salon. I quite liked it.

You know when some people don't know what they're doing, but she did a great job managing to give me a great hair cut in about 30 mins. She talked to me and made me feel comfortable.
