JK Holistics - Therapeutic Massage

Founded in 2006, JK Holistics specialise in providing relaxing and therapeutic massage services. They focus on hands on therapies and believe these therapies provide benefits to all people; male, female, young and old.

JK Holistics are always on the look out for companies ready to benefit from a better workforce, improved productivity and less sick days. They offer a 'taster' day for companies willing to try out their services. These taster days are completely free of charge, with no obligations. The therapist generally takes between 15-20 minutes per employee for an Indian Head Massage which focuses on the areas of greatest tension within the body; namely the neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp. They are committed to working with your organisation to promote health and well-being in the work place. Trained as an Accountant in her homeland Australia, Jodi decided to change direction in order to pursue a career in natural healing – a field she has always been passionate about.

Her deep spiritual nature together with her beliefs in the healing powers of touch made Holistic massage a natural choice. In June 2005 she qualified in Holistic massage, a course accredited by the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC). She has recently expanded to include deep tissue work of both upper and lower body and other hands on therapies.

Massage involves different types of touch, pressure or flowing movements applied to the skin and underlying tissues to release muscular tension and pain, relax the body and enhance wellbeing.

The therapist will choose the perfect combination of different massage techniques and approaches to create a treatment that is as individual as the patient.

The first treatment usually takes 75 minutes. Following the massage the therapist will discuss after care advice and any further needs or questions the patient may have.

JK Holistics are open for business from 18:00 to 21:00 Monday, 14:00 to 18:00 Tuesday, 18:00 to 21:00 Wednesday to Friday and 13:00 to 19:00 Saturday to Sunday.
