 out of 5 | I went into buying these beads absolutely blind and was really pleased with them with they arrived. They were just as the pictures portrayed, they were all stamped 925 and most importantly they fitted the bracelets as they said they would. The company kept me informed at every stage and they arrived as promised within the time scale. I have no hesitation in recommending Jewellery Enchantments and will certainly be buying from them again. Give them a whirl! |
 out of 5 | I ordered a "troll" bracelet which the website implied was genuine however it clearly isn't when it arrived. It does not even fit genuine Trollbeads. It also did not have a stopper on one end so that all the beads don't drop off (as depicted on the photo on their site). When I contacted them, they were completely unwilling to help and quite rude. They told me it would be illegal to state that they did not fit genuine Trollbeads on the site. Yeah right, and it's legal for them to advertise them as Troll beads and bracelets when they aren't? I feel totally duped and disappointed that I have wasted nearly �60 with them for something that I can't even wear. The stuff was not even nice quality. The bracelet was only a couple of pounds cheaper than a genuine one anyway (which is why I thought it was genuine) I would have been better ordering from the Troll site or Acotis who do sell genuine Troll items. I will never use Jewellery Enchantments again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. |
| Company Response : The above statement from Kat Buck is factually incorrect and at odds with the e-mail correspondence we have received from her. Kat Buck has never made a purchase from our web site. A 'an other' placed an order for a 7" Snake Chain Bracelet, a Flower Double Clip Lock and five beads, to be supplied as a complete bracelet in a presentation box, with a value of 54.40. We understand this was given to Kat Buck as a Christmas gift. There are many different brands of snake chain bracelets and beads available. We have clearly stated with which brands our bracelet are compatible. It is 'to associate by default' to state that any product is not compatible with another similar product and in this instance, Kat Bucks “yeah right” are covered by Copyright Laws, with which our web site complies. The bracelet referred to by Kat Buck, with a stopper end, is NOT the bracelet that was gifted to her. No bracelet that we sell is described as a 'troll' bracelet, either in the product titles or the product’s full description. We understand that Kat Buck received another brand of bead as a Christmas gift and that this brand does not fit our bracelet. How did this become our fault? In regards to Kat Bucks comments above, regarding "not even nice quality" we have copied below her e-mail to Jewellery Enchantments and ask the reader of this feedback to draw their own conclusions on this ‘lovely’ matter. "I have just received a Trollbeads bracelet and 4 beads from my Mum (a an another) for Christmas from your website. It is lovely, however, my husband has bought me one of the genuine Trollbeads from the Troll website and it doesn't fit the chain! It wont go anywhere near it, it's far too small. I'm not sure if I've been sent the wrong chain as it is under the Troll section of your site so I would have expected it to fit all Troll beads (including genuine ones). Also, on the image, it looks as though it should have some kind of stopper on one end so all of the beads don't drop off when you take the bracelet off but the one I've received doesn't. If all the chains are the same, could I get a refund for the chain but keep the clasp? I know we bought the chain and clasp together but I notice that you do sell the same clasp separately as well" Kat Buck All references to the name of our customer have been removed under the Data Protection Act and our customer is referred to as 'a another'. |
