Jae's team did a fantastic job fitting trvs to our radiators and fitting a new radiator and outside tap. They were professional and friendly and I will be recommending them highly to my friends. Lisa Bristol.
Having moved to s new house we experienced a problem with our boiler - J attended and narrowed the cause to one or two issues. He could have easily pushed us into replacing a number of items (some which would have been totally unnecessary) but he didnt and suggested we let it continue until it had deteriorated so much that the true cause could be diagnosed. This did happen and on a weekend - J returned promptly, restored the heating and arranged for the replacement part to be replaced the next working day. The customer and professional service we received was excellant - would definately use their services again and would happily recommend to other customers.
My boiler pscked up on a Thursday evening. I called James at 8am on the Friday and he very kindly fitted me in and called to assess the problem within the hour. After explaining the problem and highlighting a future problem I was likely to experience (a dodgy fan that I was aware was on it's last legs) he left promising a call later that day with a cost for the parts and leaving me to decide if I wnted to fix my immediate problem or also fix the dodgy fan. He called with the cost of parts again within an hour and was back early afternoon to fix the parts (I decided to replace the fan as well as the cost was very competitive. All in all I was back up and running within a few hours of speaking to him. He left the place immaculate unlike other tradesmen I have dealt with. He's also very personable and clearly explained what he was doing/had done to fix the problem. Thanks very much..... I'd recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
Our ageing boiler died on us and we called James as we'd dealt with him before. James came along and got the old boiler working and then ran us through the options on what we had in replacing the system.
The work was agreed (after a very competitive quote!), he turned up when he said he was going to do. The work was done quickly, efficiently and they tidied up after themselves. James made sure we understood the new system and made it clear that we were to give him a shout if we had any further issues.
The standard of work was exemplary and to a high quality and standard. Even filling in the old flue hole in the brick work was done very well.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and JBMS to anyone!
Had issues with my boiler on a Sunday. JBMS paid a visit the next day, made my boiler safe and advised me as to my options. I received the quotes for all the options within 12 hours of the visit. As I had no hot water or heating JBMS kindly agreed to fit the boiler replacement job in within a week. The engineers were very courteous, considerate and efficient and gave me a comprehensive explanation to any questions I had before and during the works they completed for me. I will certainly be using them again in the future and will recommend them to any of my family and friends who are looking for gas engineers.
JBMS serviced our boiler and gas fire. The engineer called ahead, gave clear advice on possible future issues and tidied up before he a left. A very efficient and professional service.
Just before Christmas our boiler was not performing particularly well, and I wanted to make sure that it did not break down over the Christmas period. I was looking on the net for a local company and came across JBMS. They were able to come at short notice and arrived at the specified time. Very professional, left everything tidy and were reassuring that if the worst did happen they would come back as they were working all over Christmas. (It is still going strong, fingers crossed!)I would definitely recommend them.
Our heating refused to work on a Saturday morning and we didn't have a service contract. I looked on the internet and rang JBMS and their engineer came round within the hour. He quickly worked out why the boiler wasn't working and got it going again until he could source the part. He promptly returned a few days later and repaired the boiler efficiently. I would recommend JBMS to anyone.
