J A Flooring are now offering a new at home sample service that competes with larger carpet / flooring shops and offers a wide range of samples free measuring service to give an exact quotation with no obligation and very competitive prices.
Samples can be kept for as long as needed. Once you've decided and are ready, we'll pop round and fit your choice with the minimum of fuss and disruption to your home or business.
The company provides customers with a mobile showroom and has hundreds of samples/colours. The measuring service comes with the right advice to help customers choose the right carpet for their home/office under the correct lighting conditions and next to your furniture and decor. Customers should expect friendly sound advice on price, composition, style and quality. Carpets for every taste and budget.
The company is managed by Jonathan who has worked within the carpet trade for many years, so expect care, attention to detail and pride in workmanship from them and all staff.

The actual fitting lived up to the expectations we had following the planning process - ending in us being very pleased with process and results.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I contacted J A Flooring before I moved to Northampton because I was making small changes to the house we were buying and needed to have one room re-carpeted before we moved in. Jon helped me to obtain the right carpet at the best price, he arranged to measure the room with the previous owner, he collected the carpet and arranged a schedule with the builder for installing it before our move, and knowing that we planned to put in a new exterior door, he even left extra carpet attached along that wall and volunteered to return to cut and fit it when the door was in (a few weeks later). He made two return trips to make adjustments - one for the door and another as a result of further building work. He was always pleasant and helpful and very easy to work with. I strongly recommend J A Flooring.
- * Another important point in their favour: They do the things they are good at (such as carpet and vinyl) and refer you to other, equally helpful folks for other specialist work (such as laminate flooring, which really requires a good joiner). So they don't waste your time or your money, and they make sure that you're happy with the results.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Jon, carpeted or vinyl covered practically every room in our 3 bed house inc bathrooms, shower rooms, 9m lounge, study, kitchen,etc. His professionalism, customer care and attention to detail were exceptional by any standards but amazingly he didn`t cost as much as most others who quoted either. He went out of his way to meet our timescales and supplied excellent quality underlay, door bars and workmanship. He really cares about his work and this shows through in the finished results. You really could ask for a nicer chap either. We have now run out of rooms to put vinyl or carpet down but would wholehearted recommend him to other.
