A major High Street bank had originally been listed as executors but were in that position through inappropriate local branch exuberance and IWC gave me confidence in obtaining their agreement to stand aside. This action alone saved over �20K in fees!! IWC delivered a first class service and fulfilled their role just as promised. Use of these professionals ensured the correct IHT payment and that what would have been awkward obstacles to a layman where easily overcome. 3.7 out of 5 | In March of 2009, my Brother sadly passed away at the age of 49. As he lived some distance from me I was unaware of his financial position. Basically his estate was insolvent as he owed a fair amount of money to various institutions. As he had no assets, I had to look for a company that would provide a good service at a reasonable cost. After looking at various options, including a number of solicitors I contacted Tony Crocker at IWP. After a chat about things he made a home visit after work and we went through my brothers statements etc. He then took the statements and said they would be able to deal with the situation. This was a relief, as I was beginning to find things difficult having to deal with the grief of losing my brother as well as dealing with the funeral and house clearing etc. Subsequently Tony and Paul Baker have dealt with all the financial institutions and early in the New Year the estate has been finalised.
In the ten months that IWP have been dealing with the estate I have found both Paul and Tony very professional and helpful throughout. Any e-mail messages that I have sent have been responded to within a couple of hours, with many being returned after a few minutes.
