| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - From the minute we were shown examples of their work in the albumns we knew they were the couple we wanted for our wedding. On the day they were so helpful and made everyone feel relaxed.
(especially as we both hate getting our pictures taken)serena was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me as a bride. John also managed to control our best man and ushers and got some fantastic shots. Throughout the day they made our guests feel relaxed and got through the staged photos really quickly which is exactly what we wanted so we could get on with our day. They really captured our day exactly as we remeber it and the presentation of the dvd of pictures(which were hand delivered on valentines day) was amazing even so far as the letter explaining what to do next, was beautifully presented and a lovely keepsake. I would recommend Image Newcastle to anyone and they are definately value for money.

We were married in Newcastle but planned it from our home in Dublin and Image Newcastle were very accommodating throughout the planning. On the day both John and Serena were brilliant, they covered everything that we had asked for and we barely noticed they were there. We are so happy with our final photo's and would recommend Image Newcastle to any Bride and Groom. Sarah and Gav.

We had met with Serena a couple of times before the day so we felt like they really knew what we wanted. On the day we have them with us from getting ready until the first dance. Serena was great at putting me at ease while I was getting ready and throughout the day there presence was welcomed as they fitted in so well. They made sure we had some spectacular shots at our wonderful wedding location and I would not hesitate to recommended them to anyone.

As soon as we met Serena we knew we wanted Image Newcastle to do our Wedding we just clicked and knew we could trust them.
Leading up to the wedding everything was made easy for us to work out what we wanted for our photography. The night before the wedding when I called Serena to let them know they were able to take photos in the church after having a word with the vicar on my rehearsal, Serena was literally as excited as I was it was like having a friend on the phone.
The day was perfect, Serena was with me from early morning and John with Matthew and they stayed with us all day up until our first dance. We had such a brilliant day with them and literally laughed all day.
The pictures are amazing more than we could have hoped for we are truly so thankful you have captured the whole day with lots of posed and natural photos and the quality is fantastic.
John and Serena thank you for capturing the most important day of our lives perfectly and for being superstars on the day xxxx.

We knew from our first meeting with Serena that we wanted to use them as our photographers. Communication up to and after the wedding was brilliant and they put any worries we had to rest. On the day itself we couldn't have asked for any more - they were friendly, professional and completely unobtrusive - something that was very important to us. When we received the prints we were suprised at how many different shots and angles were captured as we hadn't even realised they were taking some of them which is a great example of their professionalism and skill! They put everyone at ease and the photos turned out even better than we could have imagined. Thankyou!

All aspects of the service we received from Serena and John was first class! From visits and emails before the wedding, the day of the wedding and the images themselves, we couldn't have asked for more. Their attention to detail really makes you feel special.
It was so great to have two photographers on the day so that it wasn't just all about the bride getting ready, the groom had his morning captured as well. Having Serena at my Mum's house on the morning of the wedding was nice, it was as if she was just another person in the wedding party. Everything was very natural and very relaxed which I think helped make the photos great. We have so many images of our special day, from posed to natural shots that we will cherish forever.
We can't thank Serena and John enough and would highly recommend them to anyone!
