|I didn't know iConnect before but googled for North Somerset broadband engineers. Having read all the positive reviews, I got in touch and it was definitely money well spent. Shane had just left us, having sorted out our broadband speed problems which we have been struggling with for months. By simply shifting around the router, moving our Powerline signal booster and making a few more tweaks, suddenly we now have a viable 6mbps wireless service throughout the house, where before it was 2 at best and most of the time significantly worse.|
|Shane Davey of Iconnect has resolved my computer problems on three separate occasions to date. The first time was on my move to my current address, when he installed my computer in its new location. The second time was in December last year when we experienced a massive lightning strike in the area which took out all the telephone lines in the immediate area and the massive electric surge burnt out my computer. Shane worked on this tirelessly but unfortunately the computer itself was beyond redemption though miraculously he managed managed to retrieve and save most of my data. The outcome was that I had to have a new PC, which he installed and entered the saved data. Most recently he came to my aid at very short notice once more because I was unable to boot up my computer. Shane detected the problem immediately and spoke at length to a BT technician (based in India)to alert them to the problem, which was a very weak (almost non-existent) broadband signal, which BT were not happy to accept in the first instance. However, Shane persisted, and the outcome was that BT eventually admitted that there was a "major broadband fault" in this area, which their own engineers have now corrected and fortunately my PC is up and running again. The service I have always received from Shane is second to none. He is cheerful, thorough, professional and very efficient, leaving no stone unturned. I would have no hesitation in calling on his services again, if necessary, and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending his professional service to all PC users. |Having recently moved into a house that had previously incorporated a home office, there seemed to be several sockets, but most weren't working and I had persistent broadband problems. Mr Davey quickly reviewed everything, neatly fitted extension sockets where I needed them and tidied up all the wiring. The broadband has run smoothly ever since. Mr Davey worked efficiently, but made it clear that he wouldn't be finished until I was happy with everything. I would be happy to recommend iConnect to anybody.|

|After continuing problems with my phone system in my flat, and being told by BT the issue was internal, I contacted Mr Davey via Free Index. There was minimal of waiting time before the Engineer attended and the problem was resolved on a single visit. Mr Davey was very helpful, explained what he had done and itemised his bill, which I found helpful. I feel I had excellent service from Mr Davey|

|I contacted Iconnect as I thought I needed an internal phone line replacing. Shane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and over the phone was able to identify that the problem was an external phone line and therefore responsibility of BT (who had previously told me it was an internal fault and therefore my liability) Shane has therefore saved me money and I now have a bit more ammunition for getting BT to fix the problem. Would definitely contact him again if I had a telecom problem as he has provided me with invaluable free advice.|
