Ian and his team fitted new kitchen and bathroom in our new flat, incl. A lot of other jobs such as new floors, consuming unit and plastering ceilings and walls. Ian has outstanding communication and time management, the job was finished early and we were constantly informed of progress and issues. When things couldn't be done the way we wanted, he always suggested alternatives and explained reasons. Ian has an impressive and reliable network of people he works with or he can recommend, and extra jobs were added on quickly and efficiently when the need arose. His knowledge of all aspects relating to his job is impressive and he was really in charge of the works. We do recommend Ian for any home improvement work and will definitely ask him again for any future work we may need.
I also want to add that Ian's team were required to move our stuff around a lot during the works, and everything was treated really respectfully and we had no breakages.

we bought our kitchen from BENCHMARK. Ian Cooke and his team gutted out the whole room replacing the pipes , new electrics and fuse box, whole room replastered and even the floor as part of it was rotten. Ian fitted our Schuler Kitchen last year. We bought it from an independent kitchen showroom and they recommended him. Ian and his team worked long hours to make sure the kitchen was finished as soon as possible and gave us advice about design features such as handles and splashbacks. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
There is always a long wait for Ian and his team but it's worth it. They installed a kitchen for me into a difficult space in a Grade 2 Regency building where great care had to be taken with the installation. The team did a superb job and Ian was hands on all the way through. There were a few twists and turns but they didn't complain and just got on with it. They finished on time and on budget. I have done numerous renovations over the years, in various parts of the country, and I can honestly say that Ian is the most professional and reliable I have come across yet.
When we ordered out kitchen, we were told the wait for installation would be 3.5 months before the best led by Ian Cooke was available.
The wait was well worth it - excellent quality workmanship, no problem/issue was too small.
His team were professional, polite, jovial and very clean and tidy (for workmen! haha).
From removing the old kitchen, rewiring electrics, changing pipework, plastering, tiling floor and walls. Any additional work that was required was done to the same exceptional standard as everything else.
Ian's advice was excellent when we were stuck on making final decisions.

Ian has just completed a refurbishment of our kitchen. The worktops look fantastic with a seamless fit and finish. The work was completed professionally and on a timely basis my commented how clean and tidy the work area was during and after.
