Hua Xian Chinese Society - Voluntary OrganisationThe Hua Xian Chinese Society is a volunteer led organisation providing educational, cultural and welfare services to the Chinese community within Lancaster and Morecambe.
The Hua Xian Chinese Society offers a range of services to the local Community with a particular focus on those with Chinese Heritage. This includes Welfare Information, Advice and Support Services, Translation Services, Language Classes, Arts and Culture Workshops and Social Activities. It also organises the Lancaster Chinese New Year Celebrations.
Hua Xian Chinese Society is a member of NCVO (National Council for Voluntary Organisations). It's work has been funded by Lancaster City Council, Community Champions and Lancaster Community Chest.
