1.0 out of 5 | we gave very upmarket Duplex to get us the best Rent and get us the best Service. After 3yrs of service from them they were getting us about £600 less rent then they should get. You can phone and leave messages and they will never back or one the agent was very arrogant.
It was vacant since April eventually when they did find us the tenants who wanted to pay £1200 and replace all the furniture (expensive). And the arrogance of the Agent very lucky that instead of getting £1800 we are getting the tenants who are their managers friend so very good reference and after 3yrs what expect from the furniture (£15000) we should change it. At that point I found Morgan's City Living letting Agents. They were not even prepared to take it on the condition it was in. We have bed bugs, bed is broken, all our linen is missing, even our chrome toilet brushes(3) missing, so many other things are missing from the inventory and so much rubbish has been left by previous tenants. Morgan's with all this still managed get us £1550 in rent and very good tenant. They have had 3 van full of rubbish from the flat.
They are the worst ever letting agents. I have seen the Flat recently and it is in bad condition and I know what the Morgan's are talking about.
