Hoopswhirled creates quality handmade hula hoops in a choice of two weights. Their standard and lighter weight hoops are decorated with coloured tape of your choice. Each hoop is custom made with care and is suitable for daily use as part of a fitness regime, at home or any other suitable location.

Hoopswhirled is run by an enthusiastic hoop teacher who took her level 1 Hoopgirl teacher training LA with hoop guru Christabel Zamor in 2006, and level 2 Hoopgirl teacher training here in the UK, in August 2008. She has also taken a level 1 teacher training with Diana Lopez of Bodyhoops.
Hoopswhirled is fully insured for teaching classes and workshops, and for hoop performances and demonstrations both inside and outdoors.
The company is owned and run by Diana Defries who has been involved in dance and fitness for many years. Diana has had extensive training and experience in dance, performance, martial arts, weight training and fitness and includes aspects of these disciplines as part of her teaching and performance.
