4.0 out of 5 | I have been a tenant of Glen Singh, Homelife Lettings for the last three years and although I started off a bit rocky with them probably due to expecting more than I needed I must recommend them for their customer service and support.
After going through a stressful time with my partner and ending up in arrears, Homelife Lettings put aside my original attitude and helped me move to another of their flats and come to an arrangement with my arrears.
Although my flat is not the best I can get for the rent I pay, I cannot fault their customer service and would highly recommend them as a Landlord.

1.0 out of 5 | My son was charged £150 to view a two bedroom property. A week before moving in suddenly the property was not available but a one bed was. I rang Sam to ask who I should make the bankers draft out to and he demanded cash, alarm bells then started ringing It transpires that the two bed he was shown was tenanted and the current occupiers had no intention of moving out. the money was meant for paperwork re references. I was a referee and no contact was made I phoned Sam singh and asked for our money back. He was very evasive and tried to fob me off. I persisted and fortunately knew his home address which is why I believe he gave in. Today £130 was returned as he is short of money !!!! and couldnt manage the other twenty,and guess what he suddenly has a two bed flat available. be aware of landlords who take money up front for viewing. 1.0 out of 5 | Be very careful when dealing with this company they have a scam going where he takes a £100 depoist on veiwing to prevent anyone else veiwing the property. He continues to arrange veiwings and ask for depoists. He refuses to return the depoists I know 9 individuals who to date have lost a total of £900. Needless to say he does not reply to correspondance and hides behind an accomadation address he has been reported to The University of Southampton and is being taken to court.
