I would like to express how the service given by ‘HomeAgent UK’ far exceeds any service I have ever encountered when dealing with any other estate agent. Not only is the commission rate the most competitive I have ever seen the service supplied by the staff at ‘HomeAgent UK’ far exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, speedy to undertake a valuation and to market the property on the ‘Rightmove’ website. Within 3 hours of taking photographs it was on the web and within 4 hours I had my first viewing booked.
The benefits of placing my property with ‘HomeAgent UK’ is that I am able to see statistical data gathered from the Rightmove website whenever it suits me. No need to chase the agent on feedback from viewers, it is all there for the asking. Just log onto your own unique page and view all statistical data related to your property, viewings, feedback, etc etc.
The staff regularly give you updates via email on any matter related to your property and through statistical data collected will be able to recommend whether property price should be reviewed.
I cannot praise them enough and have passed on their details to everyone I know who may or may not be selling a property.
