1.0 out of 5 | Fifteen minutes before we were expecting the limo to arrive for our prom i received a call asking if it was ok that they were going to be an hour late! It ruined the start of me and my friend's prom, with some people having to get a lift up to Glasgow while some of us went in the other limo we booked with Platinum Limo! Just because it is a pay on the day service does not make it acceptable for them not to arrive at the booked time. It was put down to a flat tyre, however seeing as this is a business you would think that things like that would be checked out before departing!
